but teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"
"Give a man fish and you feed him for a day
but teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"
Ancient Jewish Proverb
The Jewish experience in the Far East is an unwritten chapter in Jewish history and I have devoted my life to rectifying that.
Some of you may know that I have been working on a documentary based on my book, Pepper, Silk & Ivory, so that the rest of the world can share in these amazing stories, many of which you witnessed, first hand, on our travels. You can learn more about the documentary at
www.peppersilkandivorydocumentary.com
If you wish to help underwrite this program or know someone who would, please get in touch. You would be credited with bringing awareness of these incredible tales to worldwide audiences through broadcast, online, in CD form (for schools and libraries) and elsewhere.
In the meantime, I have recorded some of these stories onto a USB Drive. Each story is a unique chapter in the unknown Jewish history of the Far East. The complete stories will be in the documentary.
If you would like a copy of the Drive, please send your tax deductible donation, any amount, to: FRJC, P O Box 1355, Manhasset, NY 11030 or click the Donate button and use credit card or PayPal. Please be sure to indicate Drive and provide your mailing address.
